Borders: A new rewards card is added

Borders has two types of sign up services for perks now.

One is the free one that I have blogged about that offers from time to time 40%, 33% and other coupons and offers.

The second is a new rewards card that costs $20 a year and offers the same perks as the existing free one but that also offers 40% of in store best seller hardcover books and an additional ten percent off certain items along with other discounts.

Walmart: Email Sign up- No Perks

The Walmart email sign up did not deliver any discounts, freebies, coupons or perks of any type.

There was a piece of information that was new to me. Walmart has free shipping if you order online and it delivers to your local store.
