Applebee's has an email sign up service.
It is hard to locate off the main page with several website issues interfering with ease of use, including a very twitchy drop down image menu.
It is located at http://www.applebees.com/about-us/email-sign-up but it was down today. We don't yet know if this is a long standing problem or not
