Borders Books has free shipping until 12 December with few restrictions( no gift cards, used items, international orders, etc.) and no minimum purchase. Get $10 off any eReader, among other discounted items.
If you spend $20 and sign up for their Reward Plus program they will send a coupon book with savings of up to a $100. I have not tried this program yet. The $20 sign up fee is high but still lower than one of its competitors.
